Welcome to Secret Valley Farm, better known now as the Jam Shop, I’m Vaughn Smith, Owner-Operator.

I’ve canned for many years, growing produce often from seed. For me canning has been a lifestyle, something I've done with great joy, for many years. Being able to enjoy the fruits of my labor all year round with home-grown fruits & veggies is extremely rewarding & also super TASTY!

2020 was a year for change... My corporate career came to an end, so I took the opportunity to work for myself doing something I love! I now make small batch premium jams and jellies. Our products are seasonally created & scratch-made with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. I’m committed to quality & freshness and believe that the final product is only as good as the ingredients used.

I enjoy partnering with small farms and businesses & believe supporting them to grow my own small business is important; it's the foundation of my business model, I'm proud to support local and small businesses.
